Sometimes life throws you a curveball

Jeremy, Maddie and Violet flew in Thursday night- yay!

I picked them up and brought them to the hospital, then they went to grab some dinner before heading to the hotel, and while they were eating, someone broke into our car and stole backpacks, luggage, all their clothes, retainers, two computers, the girls passports, ZiLong’s beads of courage he has been collecting to document his medical journey over the last 6.5 years, medication and more. Gone. So now instead of focusing all our attention on supporting ZiLong, I am having to divide my attention between insurance, getting glass repair set up, replacing prescriptions, setting up orthodontist appointments, canceling passports, taking girls to get clothing to wear for the weekend and more.
