This Blog started as a record of journey and adventures into Parenthood- first with the adoption of my daughter Sprout as a Single Mom, concurrent with meeting my husband, then as we pursued our 2nd adoption of our little Xiao Mei (Little plum blossom), and how as we navigate our son's stem cell transplant as a family.
Maddie immediately wanted to run in, get Baba and bring him back out to see. She even suggested I just go in and "send him out", just in case the few THOUSAND ants suddenly dissappeared, I think she wanted to keep an eye on them. 
Lucky for her they stuck around long enough to show off her very cool find to Baba!

That's adorable. I actually had to clean our son's Easter egg find of ants because one of the eggs he discovered must have been near a hill. He wasn't as crazy about them, you see.
