Welcome to the Village Lan Bao!

Yesterday was an incredibly exciting day for our village! Heidi got her referral, but she was in BOSTON! So she posted photos on her Blog and we all teleconferenced in to see them at the same time! Lan Bao is in Hunan and she is Beautiful! We cannot wait to meet her!

We also could not wait to celebrate her...so even though Heidi is not coming back to Portland until tonight, we decided to have a "Referral day dinner." Mary, Cindy, Maggie & I met up at a mexican restaurant. (After all, Ms. Lan Bao is a spicy girl! How better to celebrate her than with a little bit of spicy food?!)
We definitely missed having Heidi, but we'll have "Referral day Dinner: Take Two" tomorrow night....
The waiter was kind enough to take our photo so we didn't have to do the "long arm shot" this time around...
We can't wait to meet Heidi's sweet little Orchid Girl!!!
